Hello World!!!!

Hello everyone, so as you all may know, I am on a quest for great health. I have tried many diffferent ways of losing weight, and I finally realized that I am afterall HUMAN!!! I like food, I enjoy a bowl of icecream every now and then, I like cake on my birthday and I LOVE LOVE LOVE pizza, pasta, and all of those "horrible" things that we love to eat. So now that I have come to this conclusion; I need to learn how to limit the bad, and enjoy the good. In the last few weeks, I have been trying hard to learn how to eat properly, and I have found things that are DELICIOUS!!!! Who knew that plain greek yogurt tasted better than sour cream in ranch dip??? Or that fresh blueberries were SO much better than that junk they put in pancakes!!!! I have done pretty well so far. I started at... (OH MY GOODNESS am I really going to say this??) okay here it goes... I started at a outright HORRID number of 255. WOW I think I just had a mini panic attack... Okay so I started at that number, and I am proud to say that I am now down to 247... Not a HUGE jump, but hey it is something right??? I have learned from a dear friend of a diet that helps with burning the bad fat storage, this diet is called the HCG diet. He has been doing amazingly and I researched it, and I figured, WHAT THE HEY!!! why not try it. It is going to help me learn what good food is, and it is going to help me get rid of the bad fat storage in my body, and hopefully keep me healthy (and fit) for the rest of my life. Today marks the beginning of hopefully, as the blogs title says, The Amazing Shrinking Kali. Please feel free to follow me on this journey and comment as you wish.
