Day 8
Hello everyone, I am really sorry for the delay, but for those of you who don't know I moved into a house, and that has gotten me VERY side tracked!!! So here we go.. Day 8 and I am down 17 pounds!!!!!!! I really am the incredible shrinking me!!!! I feel GREAT!!! at first I was unsure about everything because i started feeling REALLY hungry. but then I realized I was so hungry because I was not eating enough protein... I LOVE PROTEIN!!!! so now i have gotten my eating under control and i dont feel hungry anymore!!! and it is all also helping me to learn to change my entire lifestyle so that it all stays off after i am finished with these drops!!! Everything seems to be going very well with this... tonight i plan on taking some pictures so that you can all see my progress... i didnt take before pics, but i will start today!

Day 3
Well today is the first day of the SUPER low calorie diet... After GORGING my face off for the last 2 days, I feel pretty good... Not hungry or anything. I had a cup of coffee (no sugar) for breakfast, and a banana for a snack. I am looking at an apple for lunch and some kind of protein for dinner, Maybe a salmon burger (no bun of course) and i think i just might get the hang of this water thing... My b12 vitamin drops taste like raspberries so that is good :) im not weighing myself until a week goes by because i dont want to get my hopes up and not see any difference. keep in touch, and if you know of anyone who is on this diet and has had any experiences good or bad, LET ME KNOW!!!! and also any recipes that you may know that is HCG diet friendly let me know.

Day 2
Well here we are on day 2 of this HCG diet and weighing myself after 2 days of GORGING in disgusting food that I dont really eat anymore was not fun... but its part of the process... I will be gorging for dinner and starting tomorrow, I will be on a low cal and only water diet!!! wish me luck!!! updates will be coming in hopefully everyday, if not every other day!! <3 :)

Hello World!!!!
Hello everyone, so as you all may know, I am on a quest for great health. I have tried many diffferent ways of losing weight, and I finally realized that I am afterall HUMAN!!! I like food, I enjoy a bowl of icecream every now and then, I like cake on my birthday and I LOVE LOVE LOVE pizza, pasta, and all of those "horrible" things that we love to eat. So now that I have come to this conclusion; I need to learn how to limit the bad, and enjoy the good. In the last few weeks, I have been trying hard to learn how to eat properly, and I have found things that are DELICIOUS!!!! Who knew that plain greek yogurt tasted better than sour cream in ranch dip??? Or that fresh blueberries were SO much better than that junk they put in pancakes!!!! I have done pretty well so far. I started at... (OH MY GOODNESS am I really going to say this??) okay here it goes... I started at a outright HORRID number of 255. WOW I think I just had a mini panic attack... Okay so I started at that number, and I am proud to say that I am now down to 247... Not a HUGE jump, but hey it is something right??? I have learned from a dear friend of a diet that helps with burning the bad fat storage, this diet is called the HCG diet. He has been doing amazingly and I researched it, and I figured, WHAT THE HEY!!! why not try it. It is going to help me learn what good food is, and it is going to help me get rid of the bad fat storage in my body, and hopefully keep me healthy (and fit) for the rest of my life. Today marks the beginning of hopefully, as the blogs title says, The Amazing Shrinking Kali. Please feel free to follow me on this journey and comment as you wish. I look forward to this diet, and hopefully it helps me to be a helthier person.
